Investing in Asia's Future
Established in 2014, Empowering Young Warriors Asia ( EYWA) helps children in Indonesia, Cambodia and Philippines break out of the cycle of poverty.
EYWA adopts the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach to provide education, food, housing and medical care to children in need.
Ternary works with EYWA to provide funding for their education, daily expenses and their participation in the Young Warriors program. Beyond meeting their basic needs, EYWA prepares participants for a brighter, better tomorrow through structured programs which act as an alternative outlet to the vices that plague their communities.
Equipped with a sense of purpose and a sense of identity, the Young Warriors are prepared for future leadership through activities which focus on character, physical, mental and spiritual development.
Over the years, there have been numerous success stories in the Young Warriors Program. 50 children from EYWA have received scholarships to attend the prestigious Tondo – Westminster High School in Philippines. Previous EYWA high school graduates obtained degrees in Education, Criminology, Law, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, International Business and Information Technology.
